Project management by TerrAria

TerrAria, the Coordinating Beneficiary, will be responsible for the operative management of the project. TA is experienced in successfully managing large projects and consortia and will ensure proper operation of the consortium, including financial management, reporting and liaison with the EC. The consortium has agreed upon the procedures required to ensure: efficient and successful decision-making mechanisms, effective internal communication channels and targeted project management procedures (including reporting, quality assurance, risk management and conflict resolution). Each partner has already identified the most adequate personnel in their organisation for the execution of the foreseen expected roles within the project lifespan. One of the most important roles in the project is the Action Leader. They are the main operative governing units of the project
